Sanjay Roy, the accused in the Kolkata doctor’s rape and murder case, was sent to judicial custody till September 6 by a Sealdah Court on Friday, August 23. He is being questioned by the CBI to determine the chain of events on the night of the incident and to find the possible involvement of others in the crime. Sanjay Roy has also consented to a polygraph test, the date of which will be decided soon.
